Shipping & Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business working days after dispatch, depending on location.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.

  • Delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, customs, strikes, or other events beyond our control are not the responsibility of Hashmi Collection.


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Any additional charges such as taxes or duties (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.


Prepaid Orders Only

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

  • All orders must be fully prepaid before dispatch.


Packaging & Delivery Acceptance

  • All products are securely packed and quality-checked before dispatch.

  • If the package appears damaged, torn, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery, the customer must refuse delivery.

  • Orders accepted despite damaged or tampered packaging will not be eligible for exchange or any claim later.


Risk of Loss

  • Once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier, ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer.


Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.

  • Hashmi Collection is not responsible for delivery failure due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

  • Re-shipping costs (if applicable) must be borne by the customer.


Shipment Tracking

  • Tracking details will be shared via email or SMS once the order is dispatched.

  • Customers are advised to track their shipment using the provided tracking link.


International Shipping

  • Currently, Hashmi Collection ships only within India.
